If you'd like, I can easily add you to my Automated Search Feature. You'll receive an initial Email with a link to a Listing Cart with all existing Homes For Sale that meet your search criteria. Whenever a new home meeting your criteria is Listed, you'll receive an automated email notification.

Your Listing Cart will allow you to view the details and photos of each property and delete the ones you are not interested in.

What could be easier? 

 

My advice to you as you get started searching for your new Home:

1. Get a pre-qualification letter from a financial institution!!!!
2. Start early---most Closings take 4-6 weeks from Contract time.
3. Visit and narrow down your preferred areas/subdivisions.
4. Make your 'Necessity list' of features and your 'Wish list'.
5. Sign up for my Automated Search...it will save you and me a lot of time.
6. Once you find the home and get it under contract, SHOP at least 3 financial institutions for the best 'Bottom line'. $500.00 up front means nothing if you wind up paying more in hidden fees.
